Of course you can. I've heard you actually stop bleeding when you're in a bath or taking a shower. Not sure if there is any truth to that. I do find that hot baths ease menstrual cramps.

hell yeah! and don't worry. i don't know why silly people are talking about it turning red. that's rubbish. i've bathed on my period lots of times- it offers some relief from cramps. being submerged in water is supposed to stop the blood flow, although afterwards when you stand up to get out the bath it might leak into the water. just don't use lots of bubbles and don't have the baths too regularly. as people have already mentioned, the soap/ bubbles can kill off the natural healthy bacteria 'down there' and give you infections.

It's doesn't really make a difference whether you take a bath or shower. Just remember that girls should not take a lot of baths (especially bubble baths) because it can cause infections "down there" from all the soap getting in there. Hope I helped! :)

Yes you can, but be careful with bubbles they can you an uti. they relieve cramps also!

i can but i prefer shower, makes me feel cleaner, i feel uncomfortable in bath with that sorta stuff
