I'd go with the Android. Many people are beginning to choose android over iPhones. And just so you know, Android has apps as well. Just stating in case you didnt know because you listened "*APPS" first on the iPad list and didnt list them on Android. Basically, Android has the same apps as iPhone give or take a few.
Just so you know Android is extremely fast and convenient, it's definitely up to you, but I'd choose the Android for sure. There's also another Android update (3.0) coming out soon to make it even better!
P.S. I have an Android phone (Droid X) and I absolutely love it. I'm addicted!!

Ask yourself what websites do you view that you honestly need flash for? YouTube, Veoh, Vimeo, CNN, Engadget, yahoo, google, Facebook, myspace, Fox News, Hulu, Netflix, and etc. are all supported by the iPad via browser or app. And if you need flash that bad then buy the SkyFire browser for $2; plays flash video.
And the iPad 2 will be announced any day now so I think you should ask this question again later on.

I tend to try and stay out of the clutches of any evil empire. So I avoid itunes and ipod products. Unless they are given to me. If it was my money, I would go with the Android.
