How much weight will I lose if I work out 9hrs a week?

I have a tight dance schedule. I'll be dancing 6-7 hrs a week, and two hours of pilates/yoga. I'm also starting on a healthy diet. Approximately how much will I lose a week?

    It is impossible to give you even an approxomite number. Your diet and your current weight plays a large roll. THe definition of a healthy diet is not very specific because people have different views of the best way to eat. If you are watching your food intake that will help you loose weight.

    The heavier you are the more weight you will loose. Studies show that it is not healthy to loose more than 2 lbs per week. If you loose more than that it is typically water weight unless you are very overweight.

    It will depend on the intensity with which you work out. You have to burn about 3500 calories to lose a pound so you could probably lose 2 pounds a week the healthy way.

    , have you tried the Diet Solution Program? I have heard from a couple of guys that it really does work. The proof was in seeing the difference in their whole attitude due to their weight loss. It was amazing. Why not check this product out--maybe it will truly be your solution. Good luck!
