what's the best way to lose 30 lbs by April?
i want to lose at least this much or close for my senior prom. or at least go to a size 8 by April (i'm a size 16)then i want to go all the way to a size 6 or 7 by June 8th for my graduation. then i want to keep it off.

I can understand you trying to lose weight. But a size 8 is very skinny. You want to set up smaller goals that you can reach, like first a size 12- 14 by the end of the month then 10- 12 by end of february then if you need to size 8- 12 by the end of march. Eat well cut down on sugar and fatty foods cut out chocolate and cakes. Stick to low in fat foods and exercise a lot. eat smaller portions.
