Is there a pscychiatrist in St. Louis, MO that truley believes that Adderall can help Bi-Polar?

I have "found" and PLEASE don't take this wrong...I DID NOT start taking this med to get high like alot of people do. I am really desperate to find a medication combo that works for me. I can think straight, have some confidence, the want to do better, HOLY **** I'M PATIENT, (lol) my family is stressing that I find a doctor that will prescribe or at least explore the fact that this med makes me even-keil(sp). I'm not taking much and I had to play with the dosage to get it right, but I take 20mgs 3x's a day for like a week then went to 20mgs 2x's a day and that was it. I am actually crying at the fact of how a stimulant, which is suppose to cause mania, really works for me. On this med i don't smoke cigs, pot, drink alcohol, or wish to do so. I instead want to play and interact with my 2 1/2yr old daughter and OMG! GO OUTSIDE! I haven't been able to really go outside without, i know this is strange, but w/o being a lil' paranoid...that is 80% better. My understanding is that it is used
