Snack ideas and or recipes?

8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup marshmallow creme

2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

mix together chill for an hour and serve with fruit to dip, apples, pineapple, grapes, pears, bananas, strawberries

OR

CHOCOLATE PLUNGE DIP

2/3 c. Karo syrup, light or dark

1/2 c. whipping cream

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's semi sweet chocolate

Assorted fresh fruit

Apple, strawberry, banana, pineapple, orange, kiwi, peach, pear. Chunks of angel food cake or toasted pound cake cubes, even cookies (shortbread would be great)

In medium microproof bowl, stir corn syrup and cream. Microwave high (100% power) 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate, stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit. Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Nachos is always good, and here's a simple method:

Place some corn chips in a bowl and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Cook on HIGH in a microwave until the cheese has melted.

Add a dollop of sour cream of guacamole on top (if you like) and eat. Tastes great and is really simple.

If you want fruit, just make up a fruit platter of sliced fruits like apple, melon, orange, kiwi fruit, strawberries, or whatever you like.
