what could this be? a object in my room? or is it actually a ghost?

Question

Ok firstly I'm one to not really believe so quickly in ghost and such things I believe that there are others things out there but I look at all possible things first....ok so average day it was about 9 at night I was home alone it happens very often I'm used to it but I have had things fall down and I could of sworn I've seen things a few times but I've always been able to somewhat find out what could be the cause of it well this time I was watching direct tv I paused it to put a pizza in the oven I came back and it was muted and unpaused no big deal things its an electronic maybe something messed up well then I heard something fall in my parents room I went over there and there was 3 books on the floor I'm thinking its probably idk they were placed in a bad spot so when I put the back I noticed my dogs started barking like crazy I look out the window and they are looking right at the window going crazy I'm thinking eh maybe they are mistaking me for a stranger being in the house no big deal well I turn around and my door is half way open with the lamp in my room on (you can see straight to my room from my parents doorway) well my lamp flickers and I'm thinking the electricity is messing up no biggy well then I notice a head like shadow figure on the door and I blink and rub my eyes and its still there so I figure its something casting a shadow in my room right? well when I start to walk towards it like moves off my door as if someone walking off I run to my room thinking someone broke in and....nothing I check under my bed in my closet and nothing my blinds were closed it was at night so it couldn have been from outside and I don't know just seemed weird I take no medication I don't smoke or drink I'm 20 years old I'm not some little kid and I can't figure out what it could have been? I'm sorry for this being so long but I wanted to paint the whole picuter in your heads so you can best answer my question

I have had almost the same problem only I see what people say would be a "shadow figure." I was 14 when i first saw it and I'm 19 now. I just saw it for the second time 2 days ago. All I can really say is if it brings you fear, it's not good. This sounds paranormal to me. I also get the "somethings watching me" feeling. If you believe it is a ghost then try to get rid of it. If you don't, then ignore it. Hope this helps.

I do not know whether or not that is truly or now not given that i used to be very younger at the moment. I was once approximately 6 years historical and me and my mum and dad had been in a automobile and we had been using on a freeway at night time.The street was once very darkish and surrounding those roads had been significant forests'.I was once sitting behind the automobile and because the automobile was once relocating often,i spotted there was once a girl dressed in an extended white get dressed.She was once status on the sideway.Her hair was once lengthy and black and it included her face close to.So i could not rather see the face.I remembered that her epidermis appears rather light and her nails appeared as though she had scratched whatever so vigorously.She simply stood there and by no means moved an inch.When the automobile had moved additional away,i seem again on the sideway and she or he was once long past.But the extraordinary factor was once,why was once the girl simply status there within the core of the night time?I was once too younger and too sleepy at the moment to keep in mind what i had simply encountered.But this reminiscence of seeing her has been engraved in my brain ever on account that i noticed her.
