I don't know if this is only in Texas, but in my area, there are these weird children that call themselves "the wolfpack", and they wear tails and ears and stuff to school. Their leader kills dogs, and they spread rumors saying that they were going to come and shoot up the schools in our area. Isn't that ridiculous? Also, my little sister's friend (who's 13 years old) is sleeping with a 17 year old. Gross, right? And I know a girl who's 12 and pregnant. At 12, I was playing with Littlest Pet Shop and plastic horses.

I agree with the previous answer about parents not being parents. I grew up with parents who were a bit strict and taught me right from wrong. By high school, I knew not to drink, to make school my priority, don't follow peer pressure, and to not sleep around. I'm basically a good girl thanks to my parents doing their jobs as parents.

It's not the children, it's the god damn parenting. How to you expect the kids to know any better if the parents aren't responsible?
