Pokemon Emerald Elite Four?

Yes, i know, Pokemon Emerald is old as Pokemon Black and White are coming out. But don't care.Anyway, going against Elite Four for the first time and I'm wondering will I be able to defeat Elite Four with my team like this?

Swampert lvl 57 or 58

Secret Power, Protect, Earthquake, Blizzard. I may replace Secret Power with Waterfall.

Crobat lvl 55 or 56

Bite, Wing Attack, Confuse Ray, Poison Fang. May replace Wing Attack with Aerial Ace.

Tropius lvl 50 or 51

Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Fly, Body Slam

Claydol lvl 51 or 52

Cosmic Power, Ancient Power, Psychic, Protect

Yes or No?

Are they decent? Terrible? Rate them or suggest what move(s) would be suitable. I may train Absol and Bagon(evolving it to Salamence) to higher level.

Its a good starting 4, but instead of Absol and/or Salamance, I would suggest a strong Electric type Pokemon because the Champion at the end has been replaced by Wallace, the last Gym Leader from Ruby and Sapphire. You won't need a Dragon type since your Swampert's Blizzard will take of the 4th Elite Four. Although, a Pokemon with Ice Beam would be better, since you'll have a better chance to actually hit your opponent and it has more PP. Also, if you choose to get rid of both Absol and Salamance, a good Fighting type will make the 1st Elite Four a lot easier to beat, since they all share the Dark type.

You ought to battle Rayquaza as a part of the storyline, so you'd be a idiot not to capture him right here. Plus that you can get the three Regis as a part of the Sealed Chamber facet quest. The entire others (ie Groudon) emerge as available after the Elite four, in the event you go to the weather Institute the person on the 2nd ground in the top left will tell you of a drought or monsoon, go to that route, enter the cave via strolling or diving and battle Groudon / Kyogre.
