Anyone remember that userbar site where you check off all your likes in areas such as video games, soda brands, websites/programs, and etc. and they'd give you like a whole stack of them at the end?

I got all those, myself, by simply typing "userbar" or "user banner" into google D:
Not 100% sure if this is right to memory but i think the site i'm looking for may have been a foreign one
Not saying it wasn't in english, but i think the URL ending was not a typical one (e.g. ".com", ".net", ".org")
