Why are certain wrenches not for sale in Canada?
I was looking through a Fastnel catalog at my cousin's store, in the back was a list of things that could be sold in certain areas. This list was mostly a list of chemicals that could not be sold in certain states, this I understand. It then went into a list of wrenches and other tools that could not be sold in Canada. Why are they not allowed to sell these tools in Canada?
So does that mean companies like Mac, Snap-on, and Matco can't do business in Canada?

It could be that they do not meet certain Canadian regulations or safety standards.
