Good destruction cards in "Yu-Gi-Oh!"?

I am trying to make a few final modifications to my deck and I have found that I could use effects that destroy spells and traps. Here are the things to keep in mind about the cards:

-They must be use able with the current ban list (advanced)

-I don't synchro summon with this deck

-I already have 6 high level monsters in my deck

-The effect should be reuseable if possible

-My deck uses a lot of stall cards so it is preferable that the effects only target cards belonging to my opponent or allow me to designate.
