How do you block out all sound?

meditate and focus completely on something else

I put a finger in each one of my ears and push them together until the tips of the fingers meet...

I'm blessed with the ability to shut down. I just withdraw into myself until I decide to come out again. This takes some exercising but when you can do it, it's really great.

Cut your ears off.

ear plugs then ear muffs over that

you put on ear muffs

hold your nose then blow to make ur ears pop. :D
