why does my ps3 play a game for so long then stops?
when i pl ay ratchet and clank quest for booty it plays fine till after the second level (hoolifer island) then the screen goes blank .I got a second game and the same thing tried a new profile but the same thing why does this happen it is on this game only all other games play fine what could be causing this.
what the hell has that got to do with my question idiot
it only happens with the above game and is in a well ventilated place

Some games uses the PS3's core processors which produces a lot of heat. I think you should check the air ventilation of the PS3. You might place it somewhere where air could ventilate well.

my ps3 does that too, but usually after i have been playing for several hours.
switchit off goe do something else then try again after 15mins or so.
