Recognition of Palestine worldwide?

Israel is a peaceful nation, it has peace with Jordan and Egypt .Israel is ready to accept a Palestinian state but Palestine will not recognize Israel

Not a war, per se, but I do not find it to be a wise idea.

Despite the settlements, Israel and Israelis are willing to let a lot of it go, if not all, to make peace. The caveat is that Israel needs to negotiate with the Palestinians, something Abbas has not been open to before. They aren't going to give a settlement freeze, when first of they see that as part of negotiation and they aren't sure that Abbas won't let it expire again before talking.

No, I don't think it's going to lead to another war, but it's going to deepen tensions, so contributing to another war isn't out of the the question. But, other factors are involved with that.

This goes against everything that the Israeli government is trying to do, the last thing that the Israeli government want is the to see a legitimacy for the existence of the palestinians because if that happens then the Palestinians will ask for their rights like any other human being, and that way the israeli government will never get rid of them.

All these states that recognize Palestine are either fascist/communist, poor, and/or full of criminals. Even the big powers like Russia, China, and Brazil are not exactly deservant of a front seat in any voting delegation concerning Israel, despite their economic and military emergence.

If you will read the text of the those recognitions, you will see that they are conditioned on peace and other hypothetical agreements which need to be signed so out of propaganda they serve no cause. Will it lead to war...? not likely but it certainly won't lead to peace either. Its all show and tell, its impossible to create a 'palestinian' state in those areas, there is no infrastructure unless its attached to Israel or Jordan.

Israel cannot build 'illegal' settlements on 'palestinian' land because it doesn't occupy any lands from the palestinians, if anything they occupy territory previously occupied by Jordan and Egypt(and before that U.K,ottomans empire,Greeks,Persians,Romans...never "palestinians"), both don't want the territory back.

This is why the 'palestinians' were invented...Jordanians and Egyptian citizens of the territories israel has sized in 67 in a defensive war refuse to accept the treachery of the arab countries and refuse to accept Israeli rule as well, so they chose terrorism and they rather attack israel than their arab "brothers".

Recognition doesn't mean anything. Palestine is a terror state, controlled by a terrorist group and the lofty "PLO" are nothing but a bunch of cowards who won't stand up to Hamas. Israel offered Abbas a chance to retake Gaza from Hamas during Operation Cast Lead when Hamas was at its weakest point, and Abbas just bucked his head and crawled back into his corner. They don't want peace, they want Israel gone. That's why Palestine didn't accept their statehood in 1948 and formed a coalition of war against Israel.

Also, contrary to popular belief, the west bank settlement freeze was supported by Netanyahu. It was the United States that changed its mind last minute and decided that freezing the settlements there would lead to a "dead end", which it will. There has to be peaceful cohabitation among Arabs and Jews, and the only people who have ever taken care of the land there have been the Jews since the early 20th century.

Maybe they assassin Abbas or his cabinet to cripple the Palestinian Government.

Isn't the war on going. Isreal will do whatever it wants knowing that the USA Inc will back it's a$$ up. I'm fed up with those two rascals :(
