What's the best way to learn PHP ?
Hello. I am a beginner in terms of web programming. The problem is that in school we did Pascal, I know 90% (in the sense that I think, not dull programs), but the transition from Pascal to php is quite large in terms of code.
I took the main instructions from the net, for, if, while and the operators and I'm going to try make a script from 0, thinking that it's the best way. Here, another problem. I get through things that I can't realize by myself and I search for big pieces of code over the net. That's not what I want though.
So, how it's best to learn? Get my books? To begin to create easy things ?

I had the same problem when i started learning php a few years ago. I bought a bunch of books, but I didn't really learn php until I started building my own projects. The "php 101" tutorial at zend.com is a great place to start.
