is this diet ok if...?
Ok i lift weights and at the same time, i want a six pack abs. Here's my diet, and i was just wondering if it's ok or needs changes?
Breakfast: bowl of quaker's oatmeal in milk.
2-3 hours after breakfast: I go lift and when i get back home, i drink protein shake (24 g protein) with fruit.
2-3 hours after lifting: bowl of white rice and about 20 g of protein with fruit
Dinner: sandwhich with white bread, meat, tomatoes (about 20 g protein) with fruit
Before sleeping: yogurt or something light with a cup of milk with fruit
I also drink 6-9 cups everyday and try to get about 8 hours of sleep
Is this a good diet or should i change up some things?

Switch to wholegrain bread and rice, you'll still get all the carbs for energy but you're doing your body good as they're more fibrous and keep you fuller for longer. Check the yoghurt isn't high sugar and is low fat.
Your diet is great, get as much protein as you can manage, you won't need to restrict on any of that!
