Can you delete Windows updates after they are installed, and...?

My cousin had her system go down after the latest windows update MS11-002. Now it won't boot up windows, not even in safe mode.

More info on my cousin's problem:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201101...

**Note:She is using my computer to access her drive, and has backed up her important files, but she doesn't want to have to complete reinstall windows if she doesn't have to.**

Things she wants to try to see if some how she can at least get into her sm:

Manually-

deleting gtgina.dll and/or replacing it with msgina.dll

deleting odbc32.dll

deleting all installed updates from her drive

...we are open to suggestions on the matter. there are no restore point disks that we can use; restore console was not installed prior to this incident. anything you can think of to help her get past the gtgina and odbc32 errors the come up and get her to boot windows in safe mode would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

Yeah we know they are made to restore, and one of the main ways made to restore in slightly simular stituation like this are phycally handled disks, or certain programs on the system that make backups and restore points help too. BUT WE CAN"T ACCESS THESE USING MY SYSTEM! I don't know of any programs to help her or other methods, which is why we are here! Either give us an idea of something we can do, try, tell us just how what she is desperate to try (which is anything) won't work and tell us what can work. THE ONLY THING HALF BAKED HER IS YOU AND THAT DUMB ANSWER!

Update 2:

Note for any real answers given if any the updates to be deleted are the items on this list :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2419632

It is the only thing have to tell us what to look for, any other (real) suggestions of what else to do would be appreciated.

Windows[tm] is designed to be able to RESTORE..

YES...updates from Windows[tm] Update can be removed..

..and YES..they will re-install themselves again..

    ===

Today's OS's are Full Version or Upgrades..

When useing a Upgrade--the original version must have been fully installed..

..in order to add the Upgrade..

If you have a computer..and don't have your OS disks..

Your computer system is "half baked"../[end]
