Is there a temporary mail storage, maildrop service in Japan? Preferably near OSAKA. I am not from Japan. I am not interested in mail forwarding, I just want a mail storage for about a month.

Do you have an address in Japan? If you do, you can ask a post office to store your mails.
If you do not, your mails would not be delivered first of all.

To my knowledge yes such service exist for those who reside in Japan. To open one up you need to show a Japanese identification card.

like the others mentioned, google. till your the DIY kind of individual and set you very own apache SMTP server up, then you definately could have as lots storage as your wallet can cope with to pay for(how lots are tera byte problematic drives going for?)
