The only difference is the sound. The keyboards are the same.

keyboards are shorter and restricting, piano's are longer and have a nicer clearer sound though you pay need t pay for tuning now and again. But you may also have to pay for broken keys on the keyboard. The organ usually has 2 levels of keys, and foot pedals that play notes. They also have dials and buttons switches et.c at the top so you can choose how each octave key and platform sound, for example vibrato, soprano, bass etc.
