Making the sound play and stop in Visual Basic 2010 from a resource file?

I have a wav sound file called Q in the project resource. I have 2 buttons play and stop. What would be the code for each one? I used to have it set the other way but the sound wont play on others PCs.

    Play button:

    My.Computer.Audio.Play(My.Resources.Q, AudioPlayMode.Background)

    Stop button:

    My.Computer.Audio.Stop
