So sorry to hear your cramps are so bad! I've interviewed hundreds of girls and women about this problem and can give you some suggestions.
It's too bad most of the most popular remedies I heard don't seem to work on your cramps...they must really be bad!
You might want to try putting pressure on your stomach. You can lay on your back, relax your stomach and begin slowly putting pressure on it. You can add pressure as you go and you may want to do a deep massage as you press on it, or you can put some type of weight on it. Another method is to lay on your stomach on an object of some sort like a small pillow, rolled up blanket or ball of some type. Here's a link with some information on that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lr92UvwGx1c
Another thing you can try is mild exercise. MILD is the key word here. Something like an easy walk, Yoga or stretches. Just something to gently stretch your abdominal area.
Since heat doesn't seem to be a help for you maybe the opposite, ice may do the trick. Girls with really bad cramps said this was all that would stop theirs. Use an ice bag or pack, or if you don't have one you can put ice in a washcloth then on your stomach, or even use a bag of frozen veggies like peas or corn in place of an ice bag. Many girls used that.
Have you ever tried ointments? Some like Tiger Balm and Icy Hot seemed to work for some girls. There are many on the market though besides those two. Just be sure that if you do try this you test it on a small area of skin first, in case you have an irritation from it.
You might also want to try drinking hot tea, lots of girls said this eased their cramps temporarily, or sometimes eating foods high in potassium like bananas or prunes help.
It's a real shame BCPills aren't helping your cramps. That was the most effective method I heard of in the surveys!
I really hope you find some help for your cramps here. Good luck!
