Cube is much more consistent, at least at the beginning of his career when he was dropping every year and doing group albums.
Del is obviously going to appeal to alternative fans and Cube is gonna appeal to gangsta fans, both are great conscious/political rappers.
I prefer Ice Cube much more than Del, I actually like Cube's other cousin Kam more than Del cause he's more political, but I love Del too.

I like Del. Cube has done more for rap than Del ever will, but Del is a more skilled MC overall.

still don't know which I'd choose, Ill say Cube since I haven't listened to as much Del
