Have you ever thought you were awake, but you were asleep?

I was asleep, and my phone went off so I got up to answer it, and it was a text from this guy I like. He said he loved me, and wanted to be with me. I tried to answer the message but couldn't so I glance over at the couch, and i'm laying there even though i'm standing up I get all freaked out, and I wake up for real, but I couldn't open my eyes or move. Something told me to blink, and I started blinking, and was able to move. It freaked me out! Has anything like this ever happened to you?

    This phenomenon do really happened.

The first is an out of body experience, or astral projection, or you still on a dream state. what ever it is, what you experience is true. it is as it said, your soul is somewhat apart from your body, but not completely.

The second phenomenon is called a paralysis sleep ( or sleep paralysis), it happens after and before sleeps

It is when you are consciously awake, but your body is not.

It is a protection that your brain triggered when you are dreaming, to protect you from your own movements and such. but sometimes, our brain still thinks you are dreaming when you are actually awake.

but don't worry, it will pass. just relax and breathe. sooner or later you will experience it again

i know i have. but if your really uncertain and afraid, try to contact a doctor that specialized on such field. relax its a little normal. I've experience it a lot, thats why I've study it and research a lot of it.

    Hope this help

Always. I have confabulation, a mental disorder where you cannot determine what's reality from what is not. Sometimes, I forgot to do some of my task cause I thought I'd already finished it though it's not yet, sometimes I wear the wrong uniform and need to go back to our house to change because of my nightmares and etc. But it doesn't bother me anymore cause I'm used of it.

I hate when I know I'm alseep and can't wake up. Or know that I'm in a dream and wake up, but it's still a dream.
