How can I tell if my baby brother is deaf?
Ok, he is 4 months old and when we call him, snap our fingers close to his ears, or any noise for that matter, it doesn't phase him. He just acts like he doesn't hear anything.
Me and parents are a little worried, any help would be appreciated.

<--- deaf. Did your brother take the hearing test when he was born and few months? If not, then go to the doctor and take the hearing test.

He could be in his own little Paradise. If he doesn't respond to parent voice when he can't see, or try calling his name.....if this kid is in a quiet room and doesn't respond to any sudden noises, then worry
