Streaming video feed, is there a way to record it?

I want to watch the Tour Down Under. but since I'm in the States it will be live at 3 am my time. Please include as much detail as possible, thank you for your kind answers.

Update:

perhaps I should have added is there a free way to do it.

    Do you watch it on TV or on computer, if on computer please download the recorder program from

    http://www.camersoft.com/screen-recorder.html

    and if on TV you should install a TV capture card.
