Should I ask this woman out?
I have been working next to this woman for a year or two. I have been divorced for 2 months. She is just finishing with an unsuccessful relationship. She got divorced about two years ago. I can't stop thinking about her. I have a hard time keeping my eyes off her. Her eyes glow and she smiles when we talk. She is 48 and I am 60. We both look very athletic and nice looking for our ages. I do not want a lot of office gossip. Any ideas?

Really talk to her. Find out want she is interested in. What she talks about is what she thinks about. Get to know her and think what do you have in common, if you find a fun common ground like sports fans, favorite resturant, group activites. Go from there and go slowly.
