To be free of worry, at least for a little while; to be guaranteed hope.
I know not many people will like this, but something that always gives me happiness is knowing God loves me. When I'm really feeling lonely or depressed, I feel I can always turn to Him because He never judges me for how I feel.

i dont have a motto, i do know that its only momentary and i have learned over time that happiness can sometimes be a bad thing, so in that respect happy people are dangerous because they are always happy
