My friend is scared of risks which is a disadvantage in this case. There is a guy she likes who had shown interest in her for a while but stopped. But she still likes him and whenever she sees him, she blushes. She wants him to date her and yet she does nothing to advance it. She keeps asking for my help...but i don't know how. Please help!

If I were you, there are two things you can do:
1) Introduce the two of them or
2) You could tell her to go talk to him and when she does, you can walk away after she says hi. Tell her that it is not as bad as it sounds! I did that to a guy I like and as soon as he looks at you, smiles and says hi, all your nervousness goes away! I promise it's not that bad!
