Needing to lose weight! help?
I need to lose weight as quick as possible. I don't want to use diet pills. I am on a diet and I do exercises but I just cant seem to lose weight... Does anyone know how i can lose weight quickly that will work?!

Are you counting your calories each day? If not I suggest you track them on the following site:

Unless you know how many calories you are eating it's going to be very hard to identify why you aren't losing weight. Beyond that I would suggest you reduce your carbohydrates as much as possible.

Consult your physician first if it is safe for you to undergo a weight loss program. Some people, especially those that are morbidly obese, should have a supervised weight loss program because rapid weight loss could be dangerous.
You must be mentally prepared to lose weight fast.

wait ! did u just say easy and fast way. well there is no "easy" and "fast" way even i used to think like this before n i LOL at myself now for that. Dear, the easy and fast way that comes accross u are generally "FAKE" or useless and can harm your body and spoil ur figure even more and then ur tokin about sm serious trouble . I waz 25 Kgs overweight in just a span of 3 and a half months o lost 23 kggs im sure u can losse the little extra fat more faster but its not gonna be daaaaat easy u see. if u want to try out jsut go to www.xattack.in cuz they r something real and effective.
