You can choose any hospital. If you have insurance make sure it's one that they work with, it can be a real pain trying to get bills paid out of coverage. Also, do not just show up at one. If you want to find a really good hospital, you need to go in there and talk to some staff. Find out what kind of approach they have, that sort of thing. Then when you do start labor, they'll know who you are... and furthermore, if something goes wrong before you deliver, you want the hospital people to already know the things that your obgyn knows. Medical care always works better when the patient and the docs know each other before emergencies happen. Even if your current obgyn can't do work at that hospital, if she/he has already been in contact with the doc who is doing the delivery, you're less likely to have problems.
