Dell Inspiron Networking Driver Problems?

I reset my laptop to factory settings yesterday. I know the problem, but don't know how to solve it. My Dell Inspiron 1545, seems to have gotten rid of my networking drivers aswell as everything else. I have tried hooking up via Ethernet cable and downloading the drivers, but I simply don't know which ones to get. Also, everytime I start up my laptop, it comes up with Network Controller, SM Bus Controller, and Video Controller need to be installed but I don't have the correct software to do so! I really need my laptop's connection back, please can someone help!?

If you are running windows xp look at this page:

    http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driversl...

Installing the chipset driver will take care of the SM bus. For the video driver go under the video category. If you see an ATI sticker on your computer it is the ATI driver (Top one). If you don't see the ATI sticker try the GM45 driver (bottom one). If that doesn't work uninstall it from add/remove programs and try the ATI driver.

For the wi-fi drive look under the networking category. Try the 3 drivers listed. If one doesn't work, uninstall it and try the next one.
