Meat
honestly...
possibly some breadcrumbs or flour also
What they most likely do with the meat, is that they take all the scraps off the cow and mush it up all together and then make burgers out of it
So it's meat, just not the greatest quality... Not really bad for you, just not the nicest thought
You should have a look at this

shows you what's in chicken nuggets...

I haven't had a Mcdonalds burger in 20 years its trash food.
All Beef which is a trade mark of Mcdonalds owned by the restaurant chain, which can be anything Mcdonalds determines. I can be anything.

I don't know but I heard jack@ss meat is one of them.
There's also a rumor that many of the dog kennels dispose their animal remains in a delivery truck that goes straight to McDonalds factory plants. I don't know how true that is but the last time I ate a Big Mac I started running around in circles trying bite my butt. Also, when I was laying down at night I tried to lick myself but couldn't. I managed to pee on a tree when I went jogging though. Strange.

Let me quote their website Q&A section (and I'll include the web address afterwards so you and Yahoo answers can read their other answers): "....McDonald’s is the largest purchaser of American beef in the U.S., and we do not buy beef from South America. In order to keep up with our requirements for lean beef, we do import a very small percentage of beef from suppliers in Australia and New Zealand, who are required to meet the exact same high quality and safety standards as our U.S. suppliers..." http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/food_quality/s...

the truth: usda choice(grade) beef, what does that mean? "suitable for human consumption" soooo basically any cow, think about it, that cow could have had six legs and muscle deterioration, but whats really bad is the chicken nuggets... do not eat those, they say 100% white meat, well white meat comes from chicken breast, and to meet the demand of nuggets they genetically mess with them so the chickens grow soo fast and that theyre breasts become so big that most of them cant even stand...gross...and sad...
