The company that sell the jumbo eye stick is NYX. NYC is a completely other brand. You can find NYX products on their website or at ulta. Also tons of makeup bloggers have blog sales and some of them sell NYX products. Hard Candy sells a good white eyeliner they used to be a sephora brand but now they sell their products at walmart and there inexpensive but their products are still the same great quality. Also L'Oreal H.I.P sells a good white eyeliner that will last all day

Nyx and NYC are two different brands. You can buy nyx products online or at a store called Ulta. As for a drugstore eyeliner I have this wet n wild one and it was only 99 cents. There are plenty more out there you can check out.
