I am able to send email with outlook 2007, but not receive. I use Yahoo Plus and have checked the settings.?
Problem started today. Outlook will send but not download from Yahoo Plus account.

Troubleshooting tips
If you still can’t send Yahoo! Mail from Outlook, you might be accessing the Internet through an ISP that is blocking the SMTP port. If this is the case, try using port 587 when sending email via Yahoo!'s SMTP server.

I followed this advice – changed to 587 from 465. Could then receive but not send. Then switched back to 465 and could do both. Crazy. (Not being able to send and/or receive is a long term recurring problem that I have with Outlook. I'm tempted to switch to Apple. I don't have few problems with my iPad and iPhone.)

I started working again this morning. I think it may have been on the Yahoo end.
