I am an Indian citizen, and I can get an international driving license from here. Will I need special visas/permits for riding through Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Central Asia? How to obtain? Any sites where I can get specific details?

I wish it were as easy as it is driving through Europe alas it is not. Pakistan & India do not have an agreement whereby the vehicles of each other can enter in to their respective territories.Hence your trip is a non-starter.Pakistani vehicles can enter Afghanistan,Iran & China on a Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) .

Why don't you try to do it through Pakistan, Iran and Turkey to see some really beautiful countries on your way to Europe?

its on the continent of Asia an excellent form of identifications are community although. case in point, British human beings evaluate Indians from India Asian; on an analogous time as individuals desire to call them Indians and picture of Asians as human beings from the far East. we might additionally say Afghans are center eastern till now we might say Asian. although, I dont think of every person might classify them as eu.
