Is there a committee to report internet gaming in mmropg's that you pay cash for that for?
example not adhering to their own rules and regulations, allowing people to impersonate you , with your in game identity in their forums, which the impersonator posts racial slurs and it has been definitively proven that it is not of your person.Being slanderous defamation to character and the mmropg company has done nothing to correct this. Also allowing cash buying of game money thru illegal game selling sites.

No, there is no such committee. If you're unhappy with the management of a mmorpg then you are free to stop playing it and find another.
Your definition of "slanderous defamation" as it related to a mmorpg is probably very entertaining but has no real legal meaning.
