I think there is something wrong with my dog:0?
He was neutered 2 weeks ago. The insicion is healing fine, however since then, he has been drinking lots of water and for about 3 days now, he has been throwing up. What do you think?

I think he's sick..
Is he eating normally? Even with the added intake of water? (might be incredibly dehydrated as after affects) If he's throwing up nothing but the water then I think there's some stomach issues there.. If your dog/puppy is eating grass and vomiting it out, then you don't necessarily have to take him to the vet. Give take a few days and he'll be fine. If he's an indoor dog, try offering him some grass (as in those normal healthy ones.. and your dog can tell which one he needs) If not this, then there isn't any other option but vet. Yeah it's costly but who knows what he's suffering from. Early intervention is better than awaiting for further outcomes.

Take to Vet asap. Investigate for internal and UTI infection and also test for liver and kidney function. Take in an early morning catch of fresh urine for them to dip test (clean long-handled pans are OK then into a clean jar.)
