Is a base curve of 0.1 difference on contact lenses that significant?

My usual base curve for contact lenses is 8.6, but there are these new lenses I want to try out that have a base curve of 8.7. Is this a significant difference? Will there be a comfort issue?

Thank you so much.

Impossible to tell without trying them. It's like wondering if changing your shoe size by half a size will make a difference -- it'll work for some people, it won't work for others. As long as you've got an optometrist or optician helping you with the fitting (and, presumably, getting you the trial lenses) you should be good.
