I have always wanted to do this recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 cup chopped nuts, optional, (recommended: toasted, salted walnuts)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
In a heavy bottom saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and the salt. Remove from the heat, stir in the nuts, if using, and the vanilla. Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill for 3 hours, or until firm. Remove the fudge from the pan and place onto a cutting board. Remove the foil from the bottom of the fudge and cut into squares. Store, covered, in the refrigerator or freezer.

Hi
I know the feeling trying to find the answers. I used to be hopeless in the kitchen, loved cooking but everything seemed bland. I saw the Secret Recipe Guide on TV so I jumped online & got it. So helpful, it was the thing I ever did.
My passion has grown & I'm cooking different foods, health & yes the ones not so good for my waist line. All my friends can't believe the fabulous dishes that I now serve & I'm saving heaps not dinning out every night.
Happy cooking :)

Hi, I couldent help but notice that Preparing FOOD Is something you realy enjoy. Well my mother is the same way and when my familey and I go to her house for turkey day or any other holiday for that mater, the cooking is impeckable. So I asked her what her secret was and for years she would not tell me but this past turkey day she did just that and now my familay will not let anyone else cook.
OK HER IT IS, (As Seen On Tv. Save Money - Make Secret Restaurant Recipes at Home!)
PS, Just give it a shot and your familey will see a diference.
