Gamefly vs. Blockbuster?

I signed up for Blockbuster online free 2-week trial. $16.99 2-out plan, which is not bad. I rented a game and a movie. I was looking at some new releases and some games that came out 2 months ago don't come out for another 3 months. What is that? Is gamefly like that to because if they are I will stay with blockbuster.

At gamefly you pay $22.95 month for 2 out at a time, and at Blockbuster for 3-out at a time its $19.99

Gamefly is a little expensive, but it's by and large the most convenient way to rent games. You get a new game approximately 3 days after sending one back, now that they have more warehouses around. Membership also gives you access to free shipping on any used games, as well as discounts and coupons after you've been a member for a while. It's fast, reliable, and they almost always have any game in stock. (Just be sure it's the only thing on your list if it's a hard to get game. They may get it back in from someone tomorrow, but if they don't have it immediately, they'll send you the first thing on your Q that they can immediately send out.) Overall, it's the best mail-rental service.

And yes, gamefly does generally have games ready to ship within 3 days of their release.

By the way, if you haven't used someone's referral code already, consider using mine. It benefits me as well as giving you an extra month of gamefly. http://a.tellapal.com/a/bU8zZl

gamefly releases faster and seems to have more copies of the games. the game you want is available earlier and more often than the one you want at blockbuster.

    Source(s): have used them both
