What is the cause of my numb feet?
I originally only had this problem while skiing. I thought my boots were too tight. My feet would go numb within a couple of runs on perfectly warm days. I bought new boots and put electric heaters in them, my feet are still going numb.
Lately they have been going numb from sitting to long, or standing in one position to long.
Is this because of poor circulation. I can't think of anything else, and I've always become dizzy when I stand up

I have the same problem, but in my hands. Went to the doctor because of dizziness. He told me I had very low blood pressure and advised me to drink at least 12 oz of gatorade a day. I drink that plus about 6 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated and avoid the low blood pressure.
Every person is different, so i think you should consult a doctor.
