Do you mean you buy a game that's made in the US at a store in Europe or you bought the game in the US? Either way, I think you are able to play games from and made in the US. Also, I live in America and I have a friend from the UK that I play online with on a regular basis, so as long as you are connected to the internet, you can play with anyone in the world. NO because UK or EU consoles uses PAL discs when America uses NTSC disks
