No you can't.
If you discover the answer while the question is still open, you can click on Add Details and tell everybody what the answer is.

It isn't expressly forbidden, so long as you don't give yourself BA. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts to "reward yourself". I won't ask why you would want to do that. Not for spamming or advertising I hope.
Also, your question must be a question looking for an answer, so you can't just post the answer in additional details, unless it's a joke or riddle.

u can't u can only do it if u have another yahoo account then u can awnser it from that account.
