How do I save my "Now Playing" screen on my Ipod?

How do I save the "Now playing" screen, so when it says "Connect to low power," I can plug it in, and whatever song that was playing will continue playing until it's over, and I don't have to go back to the "Songs" column, and start it all over again. Is there a certain step on how to do this? I tried the "Troubleshooting" column on Apple's website, and there wasn't any help.

    i have an ipod nano 5g and it autimaticaly saves on mine
