I never heard of him wanting to force active/reserve military members to get private health insurance, could you post a link?

The closest thing I can recall to what you're stating is when he suggested (in an effort to cut costs) that when military members are treated at VA hospitals for service related injuries, that their private insurance be billed. This was floated as a potential money saver, but it was quickly pointed out by veteran organizations and others in the "know" that this would make veteran insurance rates sky rocket, so he dropped the issue (very quickly too lol).

The first one is the real one, the second one wants to get re-elected and needs the military and the independents. Prepare for pretty speeches, pro America posturing and big big fat LIES
