Why Are So Many Questions Getting Deleted?

I've attempted to answer questions that were really good questions... only to find they've been deleted.

Do you think the person writing the questions are deleting them? After thinking better of it, or are they getting deleted by Yahoo?

I wrote a similar question last week, but find it gone now... Very strange....

There's a glitch that's causing the "question has been deleted' screen to appear, even though the question is still there. Try hitting refresh, and it should clear the error and return you to the question, where you will see your answer has posted. If you get the same "deleted" screen, it's possible that question was actually deleted.

People report things too much, even innocent questions get deleted. Some people have nothing better to do than go around reporting on here. I personally think the report button should be taken away, there's no point in a site were you can't say what you really think. The guidelines are too vague to keep to and anything has the potential to get violated and deleted.

Everytime there is a flux of new users they go wild hitting the abuse button Being unfamiliar with the guidelines and being the only activity they can participate in as level 1, they just keep doing it.
