Why am i not getting skinnier?

So, ever since christmas, i've been eating healthier (almost cut out all candy and sweets) and i've been eating less food. i've been eating the right food and all that.

I also went from working out 3 hours a week to 8 hours. But I am still not getting any skinnier.

I haven't weighed myself, because i've been working out so much, and probably gaining some muscle.

I'm not fat, i just carry a few pounds too much. please help.

Update:

I had the guts to weigh myself after i posted this. Big mistake. Haven't lost a ******* pound.

you are getting smaller you just want bigger results so you arent paying attion to what you have already lost.

First of all, its only been a month since Christmas, so you cant expect huge results since then. Check your diet over with a nutritionist or a healthy/fit friend to see if you truly are "eating the right food and all that." What you may think is healthy/right may actually be what's holding you back from losing. Secondly, dont measure your workouts in the number of hours that you do, but rather the workouts themselves. I could go walk on a treadmill for an hour and burn 250 calories (just estimating), or I could do the 300 Workout and burn 900 calories, a workout that takes about 20 minutes max. Research good workouts and try new routines to rev your metabalism. Dont count calories - you'll get demotivated within a week. Eat fruit for snacks, lean protein, vegetables, whole grain, and you'll accelerate your results.

Have you been calculating calorie intake and amount of calorie you burn during your workout? Sometimes you might not weight lesser immediately due to muscle weight but eventually you will lose weight and muscles will help you burn fat more rapidly.

Sometimes some health problems could dampen your efforts to reduce... Does your medical chart look perfect? You might want to fine tune there too...

It appears like her wellbeing is deterioating and as she is two years of age she is most often coming to the top of her existence =zero( You might take her to the vet or probably simply ring them up ... They could also be ready to place out of her agony or provide her a few healing or anything. Good good fortune P.S Best Sister ?? Are you a hamster =S

you probably are losing weight but since you're not documenting your progress you're not seeing the difference. Starting from now you should weigh yourself and write it down somewhere in a book and then weigh yourself each week
