Yes you can make it private up to 25 people can see it I think. When you make it private any 25 people you want who have a youtube can see the video. If their is a age restriction on your video than people who are under the age still can't see it. Everyone can see the title of the video but they can't actually watch the video.

No. Youtube doesn't allow its users to post videos only certain people can watch, except age restricted videos.

yes you can make it private and you can email it to people you want to view it or selected youtubers that you want to watch your video.
