Where to get patterns for a cooler?

I've searched around for a cooler that would fit a Clydesdale who wears a 90" blanket, but most companies have said that they would have to make one custom-fit. So instead of paying over $100 for a custom cooler, I'm considering making one myself. No one I know has a cooler big enough for him, so I can't borrow one to take measurements.

Any ideas? Places I can find a cooler pattern? Or what proportions?

Update:

Should I just do one layer of microfleece? Or do they usually have two layers?

Measure him from poll to tail and from a little above the knee on one side to the other. Cut out a piece of polar fleece in those dimensions. Put ties on the front, a velcro strap in the center to go around the halter, and a tail loop (optional). That's all there is to it. Super cheap and easy.

Suite Ability patterns has cooler patterns as well as bankets, sheets, fly mask, boots, just about everything you can think of. I bought a blanket for our percheron and it is an 89" did NOT have to special order it. Try looking up draft horse tack. Depending on the material used it is cheaper to buy.
